First time at this location as I happened to be in the area so decided to redeem my BOGO birthday offer before it expired. They send it every year via email when signing up for their newsletter which offers coupons throughout the year.
The sandwiches were great. I also bought one of their ham bones which they regularly sell after they've gotten all the meat they can get off using their slicer. It's a great way to get some of that great ham for cheap to use in soups and flavoring foods.
I really like that they have a nice eat in cafe area as well as tables outside. The staff is super nice and very efficient too. This might have to be my go to location when needing a Honey Ham fix! -

If i could leave no stars i would. They completely messed up our orders and i wanted mine toasted and fixed how i asked and the guy making the sandwiches rolled his eyes at me and got an attitude. Horrible customer service won't be back here!

We love this place for lunch! Of course we also get their hams at Christmas/Easter but their sandwiches are wonderful. Yes they are a bit pricey for lunch (with the combo) but it's worth it. Highly recommend the Ham Classic! Get it on a Bakers Roll.

My sister, another dedicated Yelper (hey girl!), recommended Honey Baked. Specifically, the turkey bacon ranch sandwich with extra ranch. Although, I didn't get the extra ranch. Both staff members were very and welcoming. My sandwich was prepared very quickly, with a fresh new pair of gloves (Amen to sanitation). The turkey bacon ranch sandwich was really tasty. They don't put enough ranch on the sandwich. I should've gotten the extra ranch. I suggest you get the extra ranch. Welcome!

These are the rudest people and completely lack any sense of customer service. I called from out of the area to simply ask if they could or couldn't do a delivery for a client of mine in Raleigh, fully acknowledging it was somewhat of a short notice and understanding it might not be an option. Rather than simply saying something that I would expect in the hospitality industry such as, I'm sorry this is a busy time for us and we won't be able to accommodate this request but please keep us in mind for next time and we recommend ordering in advance. Totally understandable, I get that. Instead, I was passed around to 3 different people, belittled and snapped at because I was apparently a huge inconvenience to them trying to place an order. I even tried to get off the phone and the guy continued make snide comments to me. The only thing saving this location is the national brand recognition.
